The Beggining Week 1 Day 1

Good morning, today is the beginning of a life long journey. Don't panic!! Start of slow and eventually you will gradually acustom yourself to the changes. Breakfast is the most important part of the day, make sure you eat something. It doesnt have to big, but you should eat something, this would affect how hungry you are throughout the day. Dont skip meals, it will only make you eat more the next time you eat. Be sure to have breakfast, lunch , and dinner and a small snack in between them all. Stay active, burn calories.
