Blast from the past

Good morning, hope everyone enjoyed their weekend!! Im looking forward to this weekend! My weekend was full of studying which left me with no time to overeat. Which mean the weight that was lost is gone. This week I plan to incorparate an ab routine at least 2x a day for 3 days. Water has been my best friend for a while now and will be forever. Love yourself, if you don't who will? HAVE A GREAT MONDAY!!

TGIF

Express a feeling of accomplishment. This week with a change in diet alone I have lost 2-3 pounds. Imagine adding some exercise to this diet, the weight-loss would exceed 3 pounds. The biggest challenge of losing weight during the week is not to gain it back during the weekend. So be strong with yourself, fight the temptation, drink lots of water so that when food is around, you will not feel that hungry and eat, antioxidants and lots of them...they're good for you

Nothing happens until I make it happen.

It is important to get a full 8 hours of sleep daily. You lose weight while you sleep, your brain is exercising and relaxing and you owe that to your body. It may seem cliche but drink water and lots of it. * glasses a day is encourged as a minimum but there is no limit to the amount of water you should intake. Fruits and vegetables also have signifigance in a diet so dont leave them out. Try and cut down on red meat and starch, you'll notice a difference in yourself and others will too.  I generally try not to eat past 7 pm because after eating Iusually feel tired and go to sleep, which is not a factor in losing weight. So when i eat at & i dont go to sleep right away, ill clean up or do something to burn energy and then fall asleep around 8pm or 9pm. The week is almost over STAY STRONG!!

Every little bit COUNTS!

I hope everyone enjoyed Halloween without rotting your mouth excessive candy. Wherever you are destined to go today, rather than using the elevator to go up and down the stairs, simply walk. "Burn calories not electricity" This is posted next to the main stairway in almost every building now, and is encouraging. Dont think as calories as little creatures that sneak into your closet and sew your clothes a little smaller every night while you are asleep. Instead think of them as problems, the more you have, the more stressed you become. Keeeping a calorie-count record will encourage you to make signifigant decisions as to what you consume. Make a goal and aim to acheive it. Try a 2,500 calorie diet for a week, 2 weeks, 3 or a month and then gradually decrease your calorie consumption by 500 and record progress. Good Luck!
